Natural Wellness Consultation $100
I can help with product suggestions along with simple changes to your daily routine based on my nearly 20 years of experience with natural wellness. Do you have a specific need and want a more natural way to support your body (stress, sleep, hormones, skin, immune system, respiratory support etc.) A powerful wellness tool I like to use are therapeutic grade essential oils. I instruct on how to use in 3 ways. Essential oils will become your go to for literally everything (mood, stress, sleep, sore muscle, head tension, digestion, skin and more).

Learn Traditional Usui Reiki
(Classes are offered over a weekend- Inquire)

* Not all Reiki courses are the same as most practitioners do not teach from the Japanese perspective/culture. My initial Reiki training was considered “Usui Reiki”, but it was New Age. I was not aware of there being a difference, but I was left feeling disconnected and wondering what I had just paid for. I intuitively knew there was more to this ancient practice, so I sought out a traditional teacher. The training was completely different as I learned Japanese foundational practices that tied everything together for me. These practices make a complete system, a blueprint to balancing your mind, body and spirit.
*Your journey starts the day you receive your certificate as this is a very personal inward journey. It will take time to cultivate your Ki/energy and release what does not serve your highest good. The practice of Reiki is unique to the individual. No one will have the same experience as we all have different needs. The more you work on yourself the more your life will start to change. Traditional Reiki will give you what you need!
Reiki Level 1 ( Shoden)
Level 1 focuses on self- healing/personal development and spirituality (how we connect to ourselves, others and the world around us and feeling a sense of purpose). Level 1 is the most important level. You are heading out on the path to re-self-discovery. Learn traditional Japanese principles, meditations and techniques that will support you on your journey. Level 1 gives you effective tools to apply to your daily life. How you progress/grow is entirely up to you. It takes time to master anything. These traditional trainings basically give you a blueprint to building an inner strength that will help you handle the ups and downs of life more easily and connect you to your inner power. Reiki is an ultimate form of self-care and teaches empowerment/self-advocacy. When we take the time to go inward, we find that we have everything we need. Learn to let go and trust the process.

Reiki Level II ( Okuden)
Level II reinforces Level 1 concepts and students are taught three mantras and three symbols that focus on learning how to feel the vibration of Earth, Heaven & Heart energy. Chanting is introduced. The inner teachings deepen your Reiki practice. After practicing these inner teachings for a while one can develop a professional practice at this level. 3 Attunements given. Certification given after completion.
