Reiki sessions: 1 hour $150
* 3 sessions over a 3-week period to start are recommended as 3 is a Divine number that symbolizes creation. During these sessions you are starting to create new habits/patterns. Here is where a change will start to occur. We must make a change to make a change right? The practice of Reiki works on the whole person (Mentally, Emotionally, Physically and Spiritual) when we learn how to surrender to it. Remember, our bodies know exactly what we need, it is ourselves who get in the way trying to control every aspect. Learn to let go.

*Booking sessions: $75 deposit to hold spot. Deposit goes towards session. Non-refundable deposit with cancellations. As a small business there are limited spots per week.

*Traditional teachings from the Japanese perspective/culture.
* Not all Reiki courses are the same as most practitioners do not teach from the Japanese perspective/culture. I have been taught from more traditional teachings, the way it was taught in the early 1900’s in Japan.
*Your journey starts the day you receive your certificate as this is a very personal inward journey. It will take time to cultivate your energy and release what does not serve your highest good. The practice of Reiki is unique to the individual. No one will have the same experience as we are all unique. and have different needs. The more you work on yourself the more your life will start to change.
Reiki Level 1 ( Shoden)
Level 1 focuses on self- healing/personal development and spirituality (how we connect to the world and our purpose). Level 1 is the most important level. You are heading out on the path to re-self-discovery. Learn traditional Japanese principles, meditations and techniques that will support you on your journey. Level 1 gives you simple but effective tools to apply to your daily life. How you progress/grow is entirely up to you. Reiki is an ultimate form of self-care and teaches empowerment/self-advocacy. When we take the time to go inward, we find that we have everything we need. Learn to let go and trust the process.
4 attunements given. Certificate given after completion. Manual provided.

*Pre-requisite: Read the ” Japanese Art of Reiki ” by Bronwen and Frans Stiene. Book can be found on Amazon. You need the physical book not audible.

Reiki Level II ( Okuden)
Level II reinforces Level 1 concepts and students are taught three mantras and three symbols that focus on learning how to feel the vibration of Earth, Heaven & Heart energy. The inner teachings deepen your Reiki practice. After practicing these inner teachings for a while one can develop a professional practice at this level. 3 Attunements given. Certification given after completion.

Natural Wellness Consultation $100
I can help with product suggestions along with simple changes to your daily routine based on my nearly 20 years of experience with natural wellness. Do you have a specific need and want a more natural way to support your body (stress, sleep, hormones, skin, immune system, respiratory support etc.) Learn how to listen to your body and be your own advocate. Take a simple health assessment that can help guide you in the right direction.
